BMVC 2026 is committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and accessible research community. To support researchers who face financial barriers to attendance, we are pleased to offer a limited number of Registration Accessibility Grants, which support full or partial registration fee waivers.
Eligibility & Requirements
To be eligible for a registration grant, applicants must:
- Be an author or co-author of an accepted paper at BMVC 2026.
- Demonstrate that alternative funding sources (such as institutional support, travel grants, or research project funds) are unavailable or insufficient.
Please note that we have a limited number of grants available and application does not guarantee acceptance.

Selection Process
Applications are reviewed confidentially by the EDI Committee. Grants are limited and will be awarded based on demonstrated need, available budget, and impact on participation.
